1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
We accept refund or return requests under the following conditions:
- ✅ The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- ✅ The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- ✅ The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- ✅ The customer must provide proof of purchase and clear images of the defect.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom-made dresses & stitched orders (as they are personalized).
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
- Used, washed, or altered dresses cannot be returned.
📌 Note: Refunds are only processed if the issue is verified by our team.
2. Refund Process

3. Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request an **exchange** instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to **product availability**.
📌 Note: Exchanges for **customized products** are not available.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
🔹 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:
- The product received was incorrect or damaged.
- The return is due to an error on our part.
📌 Refunds for shipping costs are not provided unless it was a **shipping error by MHR-Garments**.
