✅ The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
✅ The customer must provide proof of purchase and clear images of the defect.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made and stitched dresses (as they are personalized).
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Used, washed, or altered dresses cannot be returned.

After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within **3-5 business days**.
If the return is approved, you will receive a **store credit or exchange option**.

3. Exchange Option

If you prefer, we can offer an exchange instead of a return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

📌 Note: Exchanges for **customized products** are not available.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

The product received was incorrect or damaged.
The return is due to an error on our part.
